BCL boasts under the heading Landowner Support that it continues supporting the customary land agents in its case against
the leadership of SMLOLA, but fails to inform its shareholders that the case was dismissed with costs against those very same customary land agents on 27 February 2019. The Court's decision was posted on this site.
Time for a clarification announcement.
