Then theres the subterfuge over the pilot plant, making out like it would be producing at the end of 2018, when in fact it is yet to be assembled still today.Your statement is not quite correct. The plant is built & awaiting the resource consent. You may have also seen the resource application for full production has commenced. Like you I'm concerned as to why the delays in getting the resource consent finalised & production under way. Some explaination would be helpfull.
