Does "awaiting assembly" mean they were waiting to start assembly, or awaiting completion of assembly already commenced? Then the Preliminary Report comes out one month later and says this

So they've assembled it fully, or half?

Pretty vague and really not good enough. This mob need to pay attention to how they word stuff. The point is 6 weeks ago it sill wasnt fully assembled.

Anyway if it is bolted up, looking forward to it spitting out some gold soon.
