    Minor worry is that Pine Belt and/or ICL are just waiting to see what they can pick up if they delay their respective deals for a few more quarters than what Alexium can afford to wait.

    The only positive is that there's realistically 3 parties that would be interested, Serta, Pine Belt and ICL.
