Hi Plough, I have kept those costs fixed, the 40% is gross margin is only used to calculate ebitda break even.
Eg. $3.2M in fixed costs, To earn that amount in gross profit, I need $8M in revenue, which at 40% gross margin = $3.2M in gross profit.
Gross profit of $3.2M - fixed costs of $3.2M = ebitda break even.
