    nice post Mikalee, the telling part is 'most are there because it is cruisee (inefficient), the pay is good, but they hate the culture'. That's enough to destroy any company. The answer isn't to toughen up on the employees. It is to build a better culture. Sadly my guess is the workplace culture reflects the management culture, so unless a more knowledgeable person in this regard enters the frame, the company is in a crisis state and will remain so. It's an area that it just so happens I know quite a bit about.
