This from the 7% reported in Q1. If Stockspec is correct it improved to 7.2%. You really have to ask if the Board lacks the required skills to get this company moving the way it should. The evidence says, no!

One thing the Requisitioners propose is to reduce the remuneration of the Executive team. If you look at the current market cap of a meagre $21 million this seems to be a reasonable course of action. I would suggest if Lamond for instance is earning in excess of $350,000 p.a. with income from other sources added in which of course takes away from his focus on VRS, then it would appear he is monstrously overpaid. The remuneration packages of our executive team needs to be seriously redressed to bring it more in line with actual performance., and the current poor value of the company. My point here isn't necessarily to scrimp on remuneration, but rather for the executives to realise their current true worth.

Having re-read the mailed out meeting notice, I'm still searching for positives to help guide my vote.
