Poor Adam only has himself to blame due to VRS poor (and that's being nice) poor performance. The twist being Mangano was a key part of the Exec Team responsible for that poor performance, so I doubt he will do any better if the motion to tramp the current board is successful.
As I said earlier, SH will IMHO vote for whoever they dislike the least.
