If that's the case, and I believe it is, then the current Board has placed it's positions in jeopardy. The focus on the core surveying business as stated by the resolution proposers now gives me cause to vote in favour of all resolutions. Can't see how someone in Spain could be doing this. Nor can I see how someone in Spain deserves such high remuneration. So the saving of remuneration and a clear goal of increasing margins certainly is something I would support.
