I’d say a few things:

1. No longer have solar assets which generated much of their revenue;

2. Only 30% stake in their bioenergy assets;

3. Unknown cost of outstanding remediation works on the geothermal wells; and

4. Poor return on investment (in terms of cash burn and hype) for the past 12 months under CR, added to the fact they don’t have a ceo or any plan moving forward. As part of that they burnt their shareholders pretty badly with the last credit raise.

Going off past performance it doesn’t seem like $4 m will get this company very far.
