Don't rush to call this over . We may lost the ducks and endup holding few feathers , but there is still pulse in this . Cash - receivables - R&D , will top $2 m. If they play it right , and there is some solid contract ....example....Energy , or Government support with Waste , the SP can make a substantial move , increasing the ELF holdings value , about $4 m. at present .
I am not happy as much as all of you , but still there is hope..... IMO
