Most disappointing part, is distribution partner was meant to be in the "Coming Months", so fair assumption that it wasn't far away or close to completion - To now say within 12 months? At the rate this company moves, we can expect that to be on the 12th month most probably!

The Chinese expansion is set to have announcements "In the coming months", if it is anything substantial I'll be impressed.
