I don't understand why you are defending them. It doesn't take too much analyses to see what a bad position the company is in. You don't have to be Warren Buffet to see it. Its right there in black and white in front of you.
There comes a time when you have to be honest with yourself. You are only deluding yourself. You responded the same to me when I criticized the quarterly. Instead of shooting down others maybe you should take a long hard look at your sentiment about this trainwreck.
