RFT can sell direct, they have a number of other clients and they also sell their own in-home chargers.

However depending on the terms of the preferred supplier agreement RFT may be restricted from selling to some of Tritium's competitors. Similarly, Tritium (probably) can't currently shift to a different manufacturer under the existing agreement. (There may be some scope for them to use an alternate once they hit a certain level of RFT orders each period, however that would depend on the specifics of the agreement).

The agreement is up in December, so it will be interesting to see what happens next.
