Good News;
The Board is pleased to highlight:
i. an increase in Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization
(‘EBITDA’) after adjustment for significant items compared to FY19, making FY20
another record performance;
ii. that the Company continues to be debt-free; and
iii. the declaration of a 1.365 cents per share dividend to take the total dividend for the
year to 2.73 cents per share.
