Hi all, does anyone know anything about the change in accounting regarding lease?
For calculation of EV, in addition to debt, I usually add the Operating Lease and Hire Purchase buried in the Notes, in 2019 Annual Report, this was $14,664,614 and $715,560 respectively, so in total this would be $15,380,173.
In 2020 annual report, from what I understand the change in accounting regarding lease is that now they're shown on the balance sheet, and no longer buried in the notes. So from the balance sheet, the total Lease Liabilities (under Current Liabilities and Non-Current Liabilities) is $3,190,101.
This doesn't seem to be correct, $3.2m in 2020 vs $15.4m in 2019, would be interested anyone's thoughts on this??
