There is no doubt that this next 4C & update is super important for SW1 - they need to give shareholders some hope that they are landing more deals, and that they are keeping their costs under control (as promised before the CR).

I agree, but it’s only worth what buyers are prepared to pay. I still think there is an overhang given that the sellers are still reluctant to sell down.
