Is this just a shell now waiting for a backdoor listing? Way too many shares on issue now (2.7Bn).

Need one of these fintech startups to use them as a shell.

Hard to know what the Directors are actually working on when they provide nothing as updates.

From 30 June 2020 quarterly:

"The Company continues to operate on a minimal operating cost structure and is actively
identifying and pursuing other business opportunities."

Find that very hard to believe.
