So they have $899k of R&D cash coming in soon, it seems they will rebuild the plant for share issues, they have got rid of their loans for equity swaps, these Brevet people have been funding working capital in the past using the R&D tax receipts as security, the earn-outs will only ever be paid once revenues come in, and they have some big shareholders that continue to throw money in. Not sure how much more they wanna throw in. They also seem to have a customer on standby to buy the output of the plant once operations. The rebuild of the plant will probably generate more R&D tax receipts (not sure how this works, but assuming this). It is going to be tight with cash, no doubt, but the next 12 months should be ok.
