Hey Guzz.. ELF shareholders will need to hand back the shares to ECT Finance because they no longer have entitlement to them. Then ECT Finance has to work out what to do with them. Get ECT to list them and sell them into the market perhaps. Or just cancel them. It seems they are still trying to work that out themselves since it is August 2020, and the loans expired in July 2020.
