Veris is a basket case, governed and managed by incompetent muppets.
The only winners here are the board and senior management who continue to take fees out of the business, whilst running it into the ground.
Year after year they deliver massive losses and chase pipe dreams via their Aqura asset - revenue up $4.6m (wow) , ebitda down $800k (oh) for FY20. Get the drift?
You are already underwater on your buys.
Take some advice from a weary Veris traveller who has had their value slaughtered by these incompetents and get out.
You've got more chance of getting a return on your investment if you place a bet on the nags, than getting excited about this penny dreadful.
