    If they hadn't received the $1.5 million of job keeper payments before 30 June 2020 the net asset position of the group would be negative by over $250,000. I can't see how a loss making group like this can legally continue to incur debts to suppliers, bankers employees etc. I'm sure COVID wouldn't give the Directors a get out of jail card when this goes under.
