Ann: Preliminary Final Report, page-2

This document breaks my heart. I haven't gone through it in fine detail. But after cashburn of $37.5 mio in FY 19, now a cashburn of $17.2 mio for FY 20. There is $1.1 mio left in the kitty (page 4 of the report). I can't believe I am writing this, but this looks like full speed into liquidation. Please correct me, if you think otherwise.

I had hoped for a relisting, and this stock which I have followed for most of its life, but never bought because I harboured reservations about the CEO. I remember telling my wife about it 18 months ago, that I liked the stock, the organics, the China export vision etc. I just felt that management did not smell right. Trepidation got the better of me. ... my good fortune.

Now, with new management, I had hoped for a return of fortune, perhaps a relisting, so I could buy in. But my god, the numbers ....

I am astonished that no one has written up anything about the financials ....
