I have been taking a closer look at Doctor Care but haven't brought shares yet.
I can see how the business model could grow quite quickly as new patients are added via the medical insurance model. A constraint could be adding the medical staff quickly when needed.
One negative for me at the moment is the high market capitalisation. There are 319m shares currently issued plus options. The 319m shares at $1.03 give a market cap of $328m. To achieve a reasonable PE ratio at some stage in the future the company will need significant revenue growth to be able to make the NPAT needed to have a reasonable PE ratio at the current share price.
I also see that the Net tangible assets per share is currently only 22 cents but the purchase price in the prospectus was 80 cents. There seems to have been some watering down of the share ownership
Hopefully there will be a significant growth curve in revenue and EPS in the future to be able to support the current share price.
I would be interested to see what others have come up with?
