Not sure. It is unusual because late 2019 they released an announcement about the new models at an Italian Moto Show.
There is a huge Moto Expo in Verona, Italy on 2-5 April with 170,000 visitors & 700 exhibitors. Thought VMT may be there but they don't appear on the exhibitors list. NIU & Yadea etc are not there either so maybe it is more a combustion engine event & not EV.
