Hi Trader1337, I surely agree there is value in SHL! I have been watching it over last few months, and I feel since funds having rotated out of COVID related companies from end of August, SHL share price has been struggling.
I think the market has been too pessimistic about the COVID revenue going forward. Many US companies operating in similar field of SHL have reported strong revenue from COVID test and forecast that it will be an ongoing basis in the foreseeable future. As long as the government of US and AUS offer free PCR test, the COVID revenue should be stable for at least the next 6 months.
I made a small purchase yesterday around $38.50 (call option) and at this current price of under $39 I feel it is a good opportunity for some short/medium term trading. I am hoping the AGM on the 18/11 will be the catalyst for the SP to make a small rebound towards $40+!
