$2m increase in staff and mgmt expenses seems excessive given the price has gone back close to where it started a year ago. The revenue gains may be lagging behind, if they don't materialise then this is an area that should be cutback.. incentives should only be paid once milestones are achieved, its not enough to try to win, must secure the contract for a bonus.
