That was the logic behind the attempted hostile takeover a few years back by the late ron brierley. He didn't endear himself as the offer price was BELOW th3 market price (fing extraordinary) however the letters are the issues with the company were very very valid and HAVE NOT been addressed as Bouris said in defence documents. Had he not died then i think he would have been successful.
