Booted off clee for a valid point, they wanted a board seat, and Jimmy did not want to give up control of his company. Will wanted to start his own business (read interviews with him, it will backup that point). Most likely was moving on to bigger companies with better opportunities for him. Dont know why Joel left, maybe jimmy fired him? who knows.
