Definitely a strange stock -- perhaps the only stock where it would be bullish if the insiders sold a large amount of their shares as that is what is keeping the price from rising (i.e. the lack of liquidity caused by all the shares being held by insiders). Tbh the share price has changed from 3.9c to 6c currently over the past one year, so it is not like there has been a lack of movement. But the fair value is definitely much higher, there just needs to be more liquidity.
