generally that's how businesses should run... more importantly, is there something wrong with their product or assessment of the market willingness to pay? or market size? so they actually understand what the market needs or have they developed something that has minimal design thinking input?
and is any of this actually related to covid? ie can we expect things to get better in coming months.
