This has caught my attention too mate, probably the most positive point in the report. Explains why they are running the sea grape business which is high revenue and high costbase at the moment. If they can scale the business using this farm and others, they could potentially turn this part of business into a positive cashflow business.
Regards to the staff costs you pointed out, I believe most of these are associated to the sea grape business too, which is generating 8mil revenue, as we haven't seen any large increases in Directors' fees.
Good to see that they haven't left the report to the last min, and included narrative reg. COVID, which they should have done in the last quarterly rather than saying no impact to the business because of COVID. The expected delay in the audited report is the negative point for me...not so much in that numbers might change, but that it would occupy their time and attention.
Overall not a bad report.
