Yes, there was a licence fee ($7m) paid to CoH out of the float proceeds. Plus shares. Though the only fee paid to CoH (post listing) in the financials is the $4m for change of control.
Post listing, there’s an annual licence fee of $150,000 payable to CoH each year with the first fee payable on 31 July, 2022.
CHM’s commitments to CoH can be found on page 19 of yesterday’s announcement.
