That's certainly a reasonable question GA. One could think the requirements on R&D will at least drop significantly...but then they do have a lot of other ideas and applications bubbling along they may turn their attention to. That said, they might all just want to pause for breath after what has been a marathon of development on the basic chip. They will have operating costs for sure but maybe at a much lower rate - I wouldn't be surprised if they'd want to retain as much of their talent as possible so they'll need to give them objectives to occupy their time.
Regardless, they're out of cash soon. How much they need going forward once the chips are out and the shop is open...hard to say I guess. For what it's worth, I'm inclined to think they will continue to develop other related products and further refine the chip so the need for cash will be quite similar.
