    I've been thinking this too boc - my hunch is that the EM facility will take care of an initial market demand but that they'll want to scale up to many such facilities in the reasonably near future (which will require a LOT of capital investment / deals with third parties). If I were them I'd be wanting to spread my geographical risk too - no good having a factory in Russia at the moment. What will happen if / when China has a go at Taiwan?
