They’ve re-thought the expansion idea, and instead of going for the brand new, bespoke purpose-built factory (which would have presented a call on capital amounting to several tens of millions of dollars), they are going to refurb the existing operation (which will cost a fraction of a new build).
So, more capital efficient, albeit with some elevated operational disruption risk. But I have faith that those risks are manageable.
Big investment uncertainty removed, in my view.
