Ann: Preliminary Final Report, page-3

I'm happy with the revenue growth. Not a criticism, just a question from an unsophisticated investor. It seems odd to me that we aren't making an actual profit and that the issues isn't addressed in the deck. If I ran a business and it didn't actually make money, that'd be the first thing I'd be talking about when I talked to the shareholders. I mean, isn't the thing about software is that it has incredibly high margins? What percentage of the Fortune 500 need to be customers before we are profitable? Shouldn't management at some point say, "we need X amount of revenue to start making a profit" or "the reason we aren't profitable is because we spend it on customer acquisition" ?
Am I missing something? How do you think about this issue?
