    So DW8 paid $22m for Kaddy, which only had $145k on their balance sheet. What would Kaddy be valued at on an earnings multiple based on this consideration? Astronomical.

    Feel sorry for the bag holders who brought in to the hype without understanding the actual fundamental business model.
