Nothing disingenuous about it mate, when hiring for your company do you offer a higher salary to those with higher credentials?

I will reiterate again, you are all basing your opinions on kaddys financials when -

1. Have not even owned them 12 months

2. Company wide consolidation phase directing staff to focus on cost savings, over platform growth.

3. Current macro environment causing huge head winds(i know i know i keep mentioning rain and skills shortage)

Obviously all estimates are just that, estimates and it sucks to see them miss, but stop saying theyre done before theyve begun.

Why would kaddy mgmt be laughing to the bank? I would be quite embarrassed with the results of the last 10 months.

Should Mike and Rich throw in the towel, sell their shares and move on? Or do you reckon they will give it all to see their dream a reality?
