It is possible analysts are misinterpreting the numbers.

If it was a retail stock, the huge run up of inventories would signal slowing sales (as is being seen in the USA). This would signal discounting is about to start.

But Rectifier is a Electronics Manufacturer with a large Tritium order to fulfilled. Given the component shortage, they would be buying all the stock they need to fulfill the entire Tritium order. It is not unusual to have to wait for one or two components which are in short supply, before you can start building the PCB.

I know some manufacturers holding millions of dollars worth of stock, waiting for 1 component before they can put their product on the SMT line and start producing.
