The loan should be a short term instrument to bridge between having to pay for parts and materials for the Tritium order, and getting payment from Tritium after delivery - i.e. to assist with cash flow.
I don't know what the Tritium contract looks like, but normal T&Cs would see payment NET30 to NET90 - 30 to 90 days after receipt of finished goods.
