The problem is most of this planned industry hasn't turned up yet...I'm saying it won't.
I have friends in engineering houses both here and in Jakarta doing FEED studies on a lot of it so there is interest.
but it's not exactly leaping off the engineers table into full design then execution .... Why I'm told by my mates is it appears they suffer the same problems we have.
there are many case where foreign investors have lost they share of the asset to the local shyster .... I've stated in previous posts it's a nation of thieves.
