Thanks, WD, I saw that article. I thought these two comments were interesting.

"New research from a team of economists has estimated the legalization of medical and recreational cannabis over the past 25 years has cost pharmaceutical companies billions of dollars in lost sales. And, if the US were to legalize cannabis across the whole country, pharma stocks could rapidly drop by over 10 percent."

"The study does note there is evidence that pharmaceutical companies have recognized this threat from legalized cannabis and begun targeted lobbying to prevent broader legalization. However, the researchers suggest pharmaceutical companies would be better off investing in cannabis markets as opposed to lobbying against legalization."

I can see why there would be vested interests in slowing down the spread of Cannabis companies and heavy lobbying to slow down the roll-out of legislation in many countries to ensure companies failed or until someone developed a knock-out Cannabis medication and big pharma jumps in and buys them out and shuts them down. In my reply to you, I am not inferring that this is the case for this Penny, but I won't say that over the years, I have carried my suspicions as voiced in here at times.

I also agreed with IMinvestor's comments about the amount of time going into research to fault this Penny when it behaves just like the thousands of Pennies that have come before it. It is not a capper like Rio Tinto or Westpac, where you could understand the criticisms, nor has any criminal or financial maleficence been found against it by the regulators. But this is the way of SM today, and people will say what they feel they need to say after losing money.

CGB must prove the market wrong.

My only question now is, "Can the current management team do it?" To be honest, I think they need to bring in corporate specialists or experienced personnel to add more experience to their leadership team who have runs on the board whilst adjusting their wages to reflect the current state of the business. That would be a good start because they have reasonable reserves in the bank and products out to market, IMO.

    Cheers.
