    EM owns the IP to manufacture the chips but will this be for AKP chips? We all know China and foreign IP is open source biggrin.png. Maybe a lack of trust here? AKP holding back the secret sauce EM on the other hand holding onto the cash, maybe a stalemate? The Chinese will win any game of attrition!
