”What non-financial contribution" were they making to the company?

They left soon after the healthy mummy acquisation.Were they involved in all of the halo acquisitions and did they benefit from these through 'consulting fees'?

What success besides destroying share price has Halo achieved?

Increased revenue without profit is almost company suicide so this cant be considered success.

Why has profitable Omniblend and Healthy Mummy suddenly not making as much profit as it was before acquisition.

Were the figures inflated to justify the high acquisition price?
