Why has profitable Omniblend and Healthy Mummy suddenly not making as much profit as it was before acquisition.

Were the figures inflated to justify the high acquisition price?

It's the same thought that I had when I first saw that. there is a big chance that there is many benefits to many parties in every acquisition happen here and there and there is a chance that one of those parties will do the same for HLF and pay overprice value for it .
