An interesting aside is that CIW for many years have had a share buy-back plan. It is easy to see their bid in quotes/depth. It is normally approx 5-8 cents under the last trade and usually for 30000-60000 shares.
At this moment there is no share buy back bids occurring.
CIW have lost confidence in their management and prospects?
