Noted they still have $1.3m deferred consideration liability for the advice business they bought last year. How will they pay for this? The management team have successfully overseen an operating cash deficit and large loss this year (at best break even last year). So much for the much spoken about transformation and growth strategy. Talk is cheap but these results speak for themselves.
