I agree that it appears that the right things are happening and I don't see any downside. It is just that we have be hearing similar things for quite a number of years now (holding for 15+ years) and we do not get open communication regarding the profit or loss exposure. I would like to hear what the plan is. Happy to see losses for a period of time, but would also want to know what is the goal for when they expect to return a profit or what it will take to see a profit. Yes please focus on building ARR, but profit and loss in an important metric too and should not be ignored in updates.
