It's nice that people can see positives from this announcement. The thing is they are like future promises that mean nothing until their due date. Problem is that a quick 4-6 week of testing is turning into 6 months if we are lucky. I was told that the WiFi application was the gateway application that will enable all following applications to smoothly run through the system. Was there any truth in that?
Are we ever going to find out if all these delays (over the last 10 years) are due to incompetence or malfeasance (or both).
